This site is run by LCD Haulage & Hiab Hire, Truro, Cornwall. This page explains what happens to information you send through it.

What the enquiry form collects

Your name, a phone number or an email address, optionally the town the job is in, and whatever you write in the message. It is used to answer your enquiry and for nothing else.

Where it goes

The form sends an email to lcdhaulage.hiab@hotmail.com through Resend, an email delivery service. Your details are not added to a mailing list, not sold, and not shared with anyone else.

How long it is kept

Enquiry emails are kept while they are useful for quoting and completing work, and for a reasonable period afterwards for accounting. Ask and any enquiry of yours will be deleted.

Cookies

This site sets no tracking or advertising cookies, and uses no analytics that identify you personally.

Your rights, and how to ask

You can ask what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email lcdhaulage.hiab@hotmail.com or ring 07833 291095. If you are not satisfied with the response you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
